Blackout Over Rio is a powerhouse of Edmonton based musicians from the Jazz, Contemporary Classical, Free Improvisation, and Noise scenes. Multi-instrumentalist Will Northlich-Redmond has released over a dozen albums as BlipVert, toured Europe and North America, and performed with the likes of Eyvind Kang and Marilyn Crispell. They are taking stage at McDougall United Church for Edmonton International Jazz Festival.
