Irrational Brewing X Delavoye Chocolate - Amazing neighbours coming together to present a fun and unique collaborative experience. During this 90-minute event, we'll explore chocolate and beer, and ways to best enjoy them together. Concludes with a tour of Irrational Brewing.

For this one, we are going outside the traditional pairing framework; think chocolate chunk cookies and a double-dry-hopped oat cream IPA, or our cacao fruit juice in a beer slushy. It's all on the table across four unique pairings.

Our passionate founder and chocolate maker - Antoine Lavoie - will guide guests through the process of making chocolate in our small boutique space, with staff from Irrational Brewing on hand to discuss their brews.

Following the tasting at Delavoye Chocolate, we will take a few steps next door to Irrational for a tour of their brewing space, while sampling our upcoming summer cocoa-beer collaboration...
