While beer is often considered a summer beverage, suited for sunny afternoons on the patio, there are many styles that are better suited for the dark days of winter. They are beer that warm up your insides and help you forget the snow needing to be shoveled outside. Many winter beer are darker and heavier, but they don’t have to be. Come try a range of beer well-suited for the depths of an Edmonton winter, paired perfectly with one-of-a-kind dishes made by the Underground’s head chef, Lang.
The tasting menu includes four dishes, and five beer pairings. Tickets are $65/person.
