What’s on the menu?
Course 1: Dolly's Salad: Greens, Red onions, Cucumbers, Orange Supremes, Avocado, Spiced Candied Pecans, Passionfruit Vinaigrette. (Vegan and GF)
Course 2: Arroz con Pollo: Turkey&Spinach stuffed Chicken Breast, Cilantro and Beer Risotto (can be subbed for Aji Amarillo Risotto), Carrots, Peas, Choclo Corn, Crispy Onions, Salsa Criolla. (GF= omit crispy onions, omit beer) or Lomo Saltado: Grilled Sirloin Steak, Aji Amarillo Risotto, Stir-Fried tomatoes and Red Onion, Ginger Soy (contains shellfish), Matchstick Potatoes, Toasted Sesame oil, Cilantro (can omit). or can be made vegan by substituting steak for King Oyster Mushroom and vegan ginger soy. Course 3: Brulee'd Banana Coconut Rice Pudding (GF and Vegan): Strawberry compote, pisco coconut caramel rice pudding, brulee'd banana, gooseberry.
