Edmonton has a hot new beach on the North Saskatchewan and for lifeguards Danny and Sandy there’s no amount of garbage or used heroin needles that could stop them from having the summer of their lives. But when strange sounds start coming from the water plant across the river and a dead body washes up on shore, they realize it's a mystery only they can solve!
