Chef Peter Zukiwski of @pittcountybbq is taking over @themonolithtaproom on Sunday, January 19th. Experience Southern comfort with a menu inspired by traditional southern dishes, served alongside delightful barrel-fermented beers.

The pop-up starts at 2pm, with dishes available until sold out. No tickets are required. You can find The Monolith at 9919 78 Ave, Edmonton.

  • Southern Pickle Plate: Mustard Okra, North Carolina Collard Stems, Kool-Aid Pickles, Peppers & Peaches, Black Pepper Hot Dog

  • Pitt County Signature Sandwich: Buttermilk Bun with North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork and Piedmont Coleslaw

  • Pepsi & Peanut Collard Greens: Served with a sidecar of Pepsi and Crushed Peanuts

  • Alberta Corn Shrimp & Grits: Topped with Pickled Mushrooms and Green Onion +Add or Sub Smoked Pimento Cheese for Shrimp

  • Corn Hoecakes: Smoked Pecan Butter, Sweet Potato Whipped Cream, and Sweet Potato Syrup
