Pitt Country Bbq is taking over The Monolith Taproom to serve up smoked beef sandwiches on April 13!

Pitmaster @peterzukiwski will be serving up Italian Beef sandwiches as well as Beef & Cheddar sandwiches, both made with slow-smoked beef chuck, shaved onto custom buns. Pull up a stool and enjoy your sandwich with a spontaneously-fermented beer, or take your sandwich to-go. No tickets are required, and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
